Deployment Pack for Organisations
The Sea Safe Deployment Pack for Organisations has been developed to help businesses, industry organisations, and peak bodies adopt and adapt Sea Safe resources within their own workplaces and operations.
The resources contained within this pack have been developed through industry consultation and practical experience across the commercial seafood industry. They are designed to support all sectors of the industry, including wild catch, aquaculture, seafood processing, transport, management, and supporting services.
The pack provides guidance on using the practical tools Sea Safe has developed to help organisations:
- Improve hazard awareness and risk management.
- Encourage safety conversations and worker participation.
- Support practical safety management.
- Reinforce safety messages through multiple communication methods.
- Strengthen safety culture from the bottom up.
Not every organisation will require every resource contained within this pack. The information has been intentionally provided in detail so that resources, tools, and guidance are available when needed.
